Since 2020, we have proudly empowered over 500 individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to become confident leaders and advocates in their communities. Through transformative programs like the Academy of Powerful Parents, E.D.I.E. Special Education Program, 2.0 Next Level Advocacy, and Literacy Bootcamp for Guardians, we are fostering leadership development and building capacity to drive positive change. Our initiatives equip families with the tools to navigate education systems and advocate effectively, creating a lasting impact in their lives and communities.
Academy of
Powerful Parents
A nine-class course that empowers parents and caregivers to advocate for their children. The goal is to help caregivers feel confident and empowered to advocate for their children and make meaningful changes in your school and community’s education system.
E.D.I.E.
Education with Diversity, Inclusion,
& Equity
Dedicated to assisting families with children who need accessible education. Our program caters to families of children with disabilities, those who require school-based therapy, or who face chronic illnesses affecting their academic performance. This personalized support service is provided entirely free of charge and includes a range of services such as training, counseling, and documentation review. We are committed to preparing, accompanying, and guiding families through the process until their children receive the necessary support for academic success.
An advanced program open to alumni of the Academy of Powerful Parents and any community member ready to take their advocacy to the next level. This program is for those who understand that true change extends beyond personal impact and into transforming larger systems. Participants will gain the tools, resources, and strategies needed to influence policies and create systemic change, ensuring that the voices of families and communities are heard and respected in shaping the future.

Literacy Bootcamp raises awareness of San Antonio's literacy rates and students' individual scores. Parents learn to digest literacy data scores, help their children improve their reading skills, and advocate for high-quality literacy instruction.
